Damian qualified as a Solicitor in 2015, after joining the firm in 1985 as an Office Junior. He now has over 25 years experience in Criminal Defence work covering a wide range of criminal offences.
He is an accredited police station advisor & regularly represents suspects at the police station.
He is currently instructed in relation to a series of high profile, complex fraud and money laundering matters.
R v P – a Defendant charged with attempted murder. There were complex fitness to plead issues involved.
R v T – represented Defendants charged with a series of robberies, including offences where guns and ammunition were stolen. The suspects masqueraded as police officers & gained around £100,000 worth of goods. This was a complex case involving mobile telephone analysis and attribution.
