Has been involved in numerous cases involving serious and organized crime, drug trafficking and confiscation proceedings.
In recent years has developed a pre-eminent specialism in the defence of cases involving complex forensic and medical issues including Shaken Baby and Munchhausens by Proxy syndromes, notably, Sally Clark. Is also involved in defending clients accused of manslaughter by clinical negligence.
Additionally offers advice and representation in matters involving Health and Safety and Environmental prosecutions.
