Rob appears daily before the Crown Court and has developed a reputation as a formidable trial advocate. He represents defendants charged with all types of offences, including conspiracy to commit robbery, wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, supply of drugs, serious sexual assaults, and fraud.
Rob enjoyed recent success at the Court of Appeal in a case prosecuted by the Attorney General himself, Mr Dominic Grieve QC MP. The matter concerned a Conspiracy to Defraud (over a period of 3 years) and Rob was required to make a full submission to the court, with the result that his client was the only one of five conspirators whose original sentence (a suspended sentence order) was not increased.
Rob has been a Partner since 2008.
