Burton Copeland are thrilled to formally announce that our Practice Director Deborah Jackson has formally been honoured by receiving her award for Business Suppoort Champion at the Manchester Legal Awards 2021.

The award was actually announced at the award ceremony last year but due to Covid restrictions the award ceremony had to be held online and she therefore did not actually receive her trophy. However the formall presentation of the award took place last night at Manchester’s prestigious Midland Hotel.

Managing Partner Louise Straw said, “Deborah is so much more than a Pratice Director, Whilst working through difficult times in 2020 and 2021 she always kept the spirits high. She championed our development of remote and paperless working which is now seamless. When we returned to the office she made sure the chocolate box was full and the biscuit box had custard creams. Deborah is one of the unsung heroes of this time and no-one is more deserving of the title,
